Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing Analyst assists the digital marketing team with the day-to-day operations and reporting for college-wide and department-specific marketing initiatives.
In addition, the Digital Marketing Analyst works with the Marketing Team on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple mediums and platforms.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team on objectives and development of media plans, including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, and reporting.

Provide reporting and insights on digital and social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Display, Search, etc.

Compile data across technology platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development.

Analyze data that facilitates opportunities and insights within customer journeys, including but not limited to paths to key journey stages and understanding drop-off rates through the conversion funnel.

Contribute to conceptualization, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting interfaces using various reporting tools and technologies.

Contribute to workflow efficiency improvements and more effective ideation by cultivating new learning tools, sources, and resources.

Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives.

Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency.

Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.

Education & Experience Undergraduate degree or comparable certification and training.
3-5 years of digital marketing experience with non-profit experience preferred.
Other Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset.

Be imaginative and have a practical approach to problem-solving.

Possess strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Prefer experience with DOMO, Tableau, Datorama, or similar dashboarding tools.

Have worked within platforms including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
