ResponsibilitiesOne of Related's fast paced affordablehousin g apartment complexes in Hillsdale , MI (Project Based Se ction 8 and LIHTC), totaling 198 units, is seeking a Recertification Specialistto join their team.
Responsibilities include:
Processinitial, annual and interim recertification's and calculate retroactive rent while conforming to HUD regulations and HPD guidelines Calculate rents forannual and interim recertification Identify households with income reporting discrepancies and make rent-adjustments Review applicant files and determin e Section 8 eligibility FollowLIHTC andSection 8guidelines
